A b o u t M e
My name is Janette Maxey I am an American painter working in gouache and oils. I learn about the world through painting everyday objects, people and places.
I was born in California, raised in Connecticut, and have been living in Singapore since June 2009. In addition to a AS in Fine Art from Tunxis, I have a BFA from Hartford Art School. Exhibitions in Singapore and USA.

I love this one….upbeat and hopeful
I have to say, Janette, that I’m having a really difficult time picking my favorite from your paintings. They’re all so wonderfully done.
