    Lol. If I could I would cover my whole house with your paintings. I just love the way you make the colors sing. How the object is both itself and your view of it, and always reflecting things right into me!

My name is Janette Maxey I am an American painter working in gouache and oils. I learn about the world through painting everyday objects, people and places.

I was born in California, raised in Connecticut, and have been living in Singapore since June 2009. In addition to a AS in Fine Art from Tunxis, I have a BFA from Hartford Art School. Exhibitions in Singapore and USA.
